Certificates

With HTTPS on, each hostname gets its own certificate. Its state shows where the request is.

Each gets its own from . A new hostname gets its certificate in seconds.

StateMeaning
pending, issuingFerry asks for the certificate.
issuedBrowsers get the certificate. Ferry shows its expiry date and renews it 30 days before.
failedThe last request failed. Ferry shows the cause and the time of the next attempt.
localA : Ferry serves it over HTTP, with no certificate.
disabledThe server runs without .

In the dashboard, Server → Domains lists each hostname that the proxy routes, with the state of its certificate.
