Dashboard tour

The dashboard is the web pages of your Ferry server. It does all that the CLI does.

The dashboard is part of ferryd. You open it in a browser.

The dashboard is part of ferryd. All that the CLI does, the dashboard does too.

You create and deploy services, read build logs, roll back and edit variables. You control datastores and env groups, and you apply blueprints.

A change from the CLI, the API, a webhook or another browser tab shows on the screen in about one second.

The CLI does the same actions from a terminal. The two use the same API.

Deploy other things

Ferry deploys a folder, a git repository or a Docker image, as each type of service.

Open the dashboard

The dashboard has two addresses on your machine. For a remote server, you open a tunnel first.
