Add --yes, or its short form -y.

If the input is not a terminal, these commands refuse to run without --yes.

Follow a deploy or a job

With --follow, a command shows the log until the deploy or the job stops, then gives the result.

Exit codes and errors

Each ferry command stops with an exit code. An error goes to stderr with its cause.
