Docker on macOS

Docker Desktop, Colima and OrbStack work with Ferry on macOS.

On macOS, Docker runs each container in a virtual machine.

Thus Docker Desktop works with no change. ferryd finds its socket, ~/.docker/run/docker.sock.

Colima or OrbStack

These tools use another Docker context. Give its socket to ferryd before you start it.

How ferryd finds Docker

ferryd connects to the Docker daemon through DOCKER_HOST, or through the default socket.
