Server shutdown and restart

A deploy does not continue after ferryd stops, but a live deploy stays live.

Shutdown. ferryd gets the first SIGINT or SIGTERM.

The error of the deploy

A deploy in progress does not continue when ferryd stops.

When	Error	Status
At shutdown	`interrupted by server shutdown`	`build_failed` or `deploy_failed`
At the next start	`interrupted by server restart`	`build_failed`, or `deploy_failed` if the deploy was in the state `deploying`

The second case applies after a kill or a crash: no process was there to stop the deploy.

Restarts and rollbacks

A restart and a rollback are deploys that use an image again and build nothing.

The reconciler compares what must run with what Docker runs, then repairs the difference.
