If the server stops during a deploy

A deploy in progress fails when ferryd stops. The live version continues to run.

A deploy does not continue after a restart of ferryd. Deploys in the queue fail too.

How `ferryd` stopped	Error of the deploy
A normal shutdown	`interrupted by server shutdown`
A kill or a crash	`interrupted by server restart` (written when `ferryd` starts again)

The status is build_failed or deploy_failed.

Cancel a deploy

You can cancel a deploy until the proxy sends traffic to the new version.

Ferry keeps each deploy with its status, trigger, source, image, commit and log.
