ReferenceBlueprint spec
Plans of a datastore
The plan of a datastore sets its memory limit only.
databases:
- name: app-db
plan: basic-256mb # 256 MiB of memory
services:
- type: redis
name: cache
plan: starter # 256 MiB of memoryFor a datastore, the plan sets only the memory. The CPU limit comes from cpuLimit or from the server default.
Postgres
For the entries of databases:
plan | Memory |
|---|---|
basic-<size>, pro-<size>, accelerated-<size> | The size in the name |
free, starter (old plans) | 256 MiB |
standard (old plan) | 1 GiB |
pro (old plan) | 4 GiB |
pro plus (old plan) | 8 GiB |
Examples of names with a size: basic-256mb, basic-1gb, pro-4gb, accelerated-16gb. The size needs a unit: mb, gb or tb. It must be between 16 MiB and 1 TiB.
Key Value
For the entries with type: redis or type: keyvalue:
plan | Memory |
|---|---|
free, starter | 256 MiB |
standard | 1 GiB |
pro | 5 GiB |
pro plus | 10 GiB |
For the names, the same rules apply as for the plans of a service: Ferry ignores the case and the separator. A plan that Ferry does not know sets nothing and gives a warning.
