Service: Jobs
The Jobs page lists the one-off jobs and the cron runs of one service, and starts new jobs.
Run job. You click Run job and give a command.

A job is one command that runs one time in a new container, then stops.
The list

Run a job
Click Run job. On a cron job, the button has the name Run now.
Open a job to read its output. You can cancel a job while it runs.
On a cron job
A card shows the schedule in plain words, for example "Every day at 03:00 UTC". The Edit schedule shortcut opens the setting.
