Orphans

An orphan is a container of this server whose service or datastore is not in the store.

The reconciler lists the containers that have the prefix of this server.

What the reconciler removes

The container of a job run that is complete or unknown	Removed
Its `ferry.role` is unknown	Left alone

All these containers have the name prefix of this server. The reconciler never touches a container of another prefix.

The reconciler lists the containers before it reads the store. Thus it never sees a resource that you create during the pass as an orphan.

Each datastore with the status available must have a container that runs.

The route watcher follows the host port of each instance, each second.
