Connect again
A stream has no event ids. After a new connection, get your data again or read the log again.
Connection lost. The stream stops. It has no event ids, so you cannot continue from the last event.

What to do after a new connection

What the dashboard does
- It connects again with a backoff that grows from 1 to 15 seconds.
- While the feed is down, it uses polling.
