Before you migrate

You need a Ferry server, the ferry CLI, and repositories that the server can clone.

You need	Details
A Ferry server with Docker	The internet must reach it at the domains that you use. See Production setup.
The `ferry` CLI	Log in to the server with it.
Repositories that the server can reach	Public, or with credentials in the URL, or over SSH. See Auto-deploy from GitHub.

Private repositories on GitHub or GitLab

Connect the account to the server before you apply the blueprint.

Then Ferry clones each repository of that account with it. You add nothing to the blueprint.

Migrate from Render

Apply your render.yaml to a Ferry server. Then move your data and your domains.

Preview the changes

A dry run shows what Ferry creates and which keys it ignores. It changes nothing.
