Lints and formatting

Two commands check the layout of the Rust code and look for common errors. The two must pass.

cargo fmt. It compares the layout of the code with the standard layout. It changes no file.

Run the two commands

cargo fmt --all --check
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings

Part of the command	Effect
`--check`	The formatter only reports a difference.
`-D warnings`	Each warning of a lint stops the command with an error.

The two commands must pass. See the coding rules.

Write an end-to-end test

Tests of different crates share one Docker daemon. Each test keeps its resources apart and removes them at the end.

Test the web client

Four commands in web/ run the unit tests, the type check, the lints and the build of the dashboard.
