If a reference does not resolve

Ferry cannot resolve a reference in these cases:

• the kind, the name or the property is unknown
• the service has no public URL

Then the deploy or the restart fails with a clear error. The live deploy continues to answer.

• The CLI checks the syntax before it saves.
• The CLI gives a warning for a name that does not exist yet.

Ferry refuses to delete a datastore or a service that other services reference. The error lists who uses it.

--force deletes it anyway. Then the services that reference it fail at their next deploy or restart.
